One of the benefits of putting your husband through Physical Therapy school is free wound care. Ronnie has gotten both my elbow and shoulder cleaned up and redressed. Lana came by and she has got a good case of road rash herself.
Michele .. your previous post was the scariest I've ever read. As bad as it was, I'm just happy it wasn't more serious than it was. Looking at the picture of your arm I know that that elbow has to hurt something fierce.
I hope that you're able to start running and riding again quickly. Keep up posted on your progress.
