Great job! Sometimes it's fun just to get out there and "relax", I think that's why I enjoy the trails so much.

Great pace Michele. Sometime you just got to go out do what you want to do instead of what your training program says.
It's nice to do some of those kind of runs sometimes.... it's what keeps us sane...I think
I'll just echo everyone else... It is good to just go out and run... relax and enjoy the taper.
