Closed Again

How can they know already that schools have to be closed tomorrow??? The roads are clear. So there is more snow in the forecast but the weatherman has been wrong before.

does your weatherperson suck too? last night - "freezing rain, sleet, and likely snow" - all we had was 35 degrees (not even freezing for crying out loud) and rain rain rain... inciting paranoia is sometimes all i think they are good for...

A citie's reaction to snow really depends on how much snow thay get.

Contrast 2 cities. I was in Seattle the day after it snowed a couple of inches. People had abandoned cars on the freeway and nearly no one showed up to work the first day I was there. On the other hand, this week it snowed 14 inches in South Bend, Indiana over the two days I was in town. The main roads were plowed but were still covered with snow. And you were on your own on the secondary roads. However, everyone showed up to work and the city just kept humming. People were driving real slow, but they were moving.

Good luck tomorrow

The weather men are always wrong. I think I could be a weather man!!! Here's the typical forecast: There's a "slight" "chance" of "possible" snow later this evening and "maybe" on into tomorrow morning. "Some" schools "may" have to close.

Now that's what I call "covering your ass"!!!
