Slow 6

The kids are in VBS this week so I am getting to start a little later and sleep a little longer. I got up a 6:15 this morning and ran my 6 miles. I really need to get back to the track and get some speed work, my training run times are really slowing down again. This morning’s 6 miles took 55:24 (9:14 pace). The weather was perfect for running so can’t use it as an excuse. Only thing I got is lack of speed training.

Aghh, but at least you managed to get the 6 in while many others were still sawing logs!

Oh BTW, I am going to try to talk my husband into coming to Chatanooga to watch the Waterfront Tri as we will be vacationing close to there that week....perhaps I will see ya!
